As an Energy Leadership™ Master practitioner, each of my coaching programs have the option to begin with an Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) Assessment. An attitudinal assessment which identifies the unique energetic make-up of your energetic profile and your energetic stress reaction, followed by an in-depth debrief session.
Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered.
