Bespoke 1-1 coaching program
This program is ideal for you if you’re ready to invest in making a long term effective change in your professional life, to support you during your transition or to help you identify the changes you need to make to open up to new opportunities.
My 1-1 coaching programs include the option to begin with the Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) Assessment followed by an in-depth debrief session where we identify how your energy is currently working for and against you. We will partner to identify your key areas for personal/professional development uncovered through the E.L.I. debrief teamed with the motivation behind your desire to work with a coach. I will then develop a bespoke program to shift your energy and raise your awareness to empower you to take action in how you lead your life, team and/or business.
