I specialize in transitional leadership working with professionals as individuals and within groups to help them stay at their full potential and experience transformational growth whilst they advance in their career; navigate through change; transition to a new role, country or organization; and also those who choose to pivot their careers to follow their passion.

What is Coaching? Coaching is to work in a thought-provoking partnership and creative process that inspires and empowers people to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Let’s begin by creating awareness on where you are currently at. As an Energy Leadership™ Master practitioner, each of my coaching programs have the option to begin with an Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) Assessment. An attitudinal assessment which identifies the unique energetic make-up of your energetic profile and your energetic stress reaction, followed by an in-depth debrief session.
Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. By working with me, using the E.L.I. you will discover your unique energetic combination, how it is affecting the current results you’re achieving, how you can alter your attitude and your perspective, to make an effective shift in your consciousness and your leadership in both your personal and professional life.

Together, we will increase your self awareness, help you understand yourself better, break down some of your inner barriers. And, as a result you will discover the energy and motivation to move forward confidently as you transform your way of being to your way of living and leading yourself and others with intention and purpose.
